Chanesta is a reliable and hardworking person with a helicopter view. She knows how to remain calm while keeping control and other people up to speed. She knows what she wants and does not hesitate to go for it. Maybe a bit of a silent strength, but strong, capable and always delivering. Whenever the situation asked for it even able to be strict and direct.
A person which is very goal oriented and willing to put in the energy and work it requires to understand and implement new lessons to learn and grow.
